WINE TYPE: Brut Nature Cava

PRODUCTION: Traditional method. Aged an average of 12 months on its lees

LOOK: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.

SMELL: It has a complex aroma with elegant notes of green apple, white flowers and citrus combined with hints of pastry and nuts.

TASTE: It is balanced and dry while soft. It has a well balanced acidity and a fruity aftertaste.

GASTRONOMY: Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as an aperitif and with all kinds of food. Serve at 5-6ºC.
