GRAPE VARIETIES: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon + 15% Merlot + 15% Barbera
After gently pressing each of the varietals the juice remains in contact with the skins for a short time (8-10 hours). The juice is then put into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Rosé has a rich deep hue with lots of red berry fruits on the nose. On the palate it is supple with fresh cherry and raspberry. It is zesty and robust, with a slightly mineral finish. The perfect partner on any warm day!
GASTRONOMY: As with most dry rosés, the pairing possibilites are endless if you stick with any light fare. Also great chilled on its own!
