Vinification Technique: The destemmed grapes, after a maceration at low temperature, do the fermentation in thermo controlled stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: Lees, the subsequent maturation of the wine in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels of 10 hl, complete the evolutionary cycle of this wine.
